Happy Wednesday ladies, it's been a busy New Year so far. While I'm still in search of a good job, I'm also enjoying all of what God has given me. And if it's true that God doesn't give you more than you can handle, well he's definitely toughening me up. Position based purely on quota are the worst and if you've ever had one you know what I mean. I mean, I'm an Legal Assistant/Admin. I'm not into sales and never could be. So anyways that's where I stand on that.
Life has thrown me some good curve balls lately and while I'm not ready to just out all my news and business right now. I have to say, I have been discouraged by the blatant rudeness of some people and how they think it's okay to ask you things that are NONE of their business or give you their two cents when you clearly did NOT ask for it!! As I like to say for everything lately, if you don't get it back for being ugly, thinking you're better, or just being rude to others here GOD will get ya.
On to another note, have you heard of the movie Courageous, it's a Christian film by the same makers of Fireproof, another Christian movie. Well, our church is doing a free showing in our gym Friday night at 7:00 p.m., in the gym; they'll also be selling concessions for the youth to help sponsor their mission trips. Here's a preview:
